With over a decade of experience in humanitarian response, economic recovery, and international cooperation, Yaman has established himself as a highly skilled and strategic consultant in the humanitarian and development sectors. His work spans multiple regions, from the Middle East to Africa and Asia, where he has led high-impact projects, coordinated emergency responses, and championed localization efforts. As the founder and Director of Zenith Impact FZ LLC, a consultancy firm dedicated to enhancing aid effectiveness, Yaman brings a results-driven approach to supporting humanitarian NGOs, civil society organizations, and international actors in delivering sustainable and impactful solutions.

Originally from Syria, Yaman has lived through the complexities of conflict and displacement firsthand, shaping his deep commitment to crisis response and economic recovery. Holding four academic degrees, he has combined his expertise in Management, Political Science, International Cooperation & Humanitarian Assistance, and Data Science to develop innovative and data-driven approaches to humanitarian work. His career has taken him across more than 10 countries, working in diverse contexts such as Syria, Somalia, Myanmar, Iraq, Sudan, Ukraine, Libya, Sierra Leone, and Turkey.

Yaman has played pivotal roles in numerous high-profile humanitarian interventions. His leadership as Emergency Coordinator for DEMAC has placed him at the forefront of global humanitarian coordination, particularly in engaging the diaspora’s role in crisis response. Previously, as Consortium Coordinator, he successfully managed multi-million-dollar projects, bringing together international and local partners to deliver aid more efficiently and equitably. His extensive field experience includes working with organizations such as DRC, NRC, IOM, Oxfam, and other international NGOs.

Yaman specializes in Economic Recovery, Value Chain Support, and Micro-Business Development in fragile contexts. His expertise in Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA), the Graduation Approach, and Climate-Resilient Livelihoods has helped thousands of beneficiaries rebuild their lives after crises. His work has also integrated Smart and Green Technologies into recovery programs, promoting sustainable development solutions in the humanitarian sector.

Additionally, Yaman has extensive experience in onset and prolonged emergencies, providing strategic leadership in Rapid Response Mechanisms (RRM), Anticipatory Action (AA), Early Warning Systems, and Emergency Preparedness. With extensive experience in humanitarian coordination, diaspora engagement, and frontline response, he has played a pivotal role in scaling up emergency interventions, mobilizing aid, and ensuring rapid, data-driven decision-making in crises. His expertise includes designing adaptive response frameworks, linking early warning to early action, and integrating cash and voucher assistance (CVA) into emergency responses, ensuring timely and effective humanitarian interventions. 

Beyond his consultancy work, Yaman is deeply invested in Data Automation, Project Management Tools, and AI-Driven Proposal Development. He is currently exploring AI and automation to streamline humanitarian operations, aiming to revolutionize how NGOs manage their resources, proposals, and impact assessments.
